Repairs
We provide a professional repair service for audio (and sometimes other)
equipment within the Wellington region. We can also accept repairs from
other parts of the country if you wish to courier them to us. As well
as servicing newer gear, we can breath life into your old audio pieces
that may have failed including hifi and pro audio antiques. There are
some products that we cannot effectively repair and these include modern
electronics using surface mount componentry which is very hard to service
due to the extremely small size, but please contact us to discuss your
problem in the first case.

Rates...
Our minimum charge to look at something and provide an estimate/quote
for repair is $46 incl gst. The minimum charge is payable when you drop
off your equipment please. Our hourly rate is $79.50 incl gst and the
minimum charge is deducted from the final repair cost. We endeavour
to turn around repairs as fast as possible, but delays may be encounted
if special parts required for the repair are not available in New Zealand.
Before you bring
something in to us, have a think about how much you might be willing
to spend on it, and we can call you if we estimate it will cost more
than this.
Hours...
Opening hours for the drop off and collection of equipment is between
9.30am and 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. We are generally open on Saturdays
from midday to 5pm but it pays to call first on Saturdays if you are
making a special trip (04 472-3084).
